Lykia support

Support for Lykia is provided by Redtech Digital, the theme's developer. Before writing, it's worth a quick look at the theme documentation — the answer to most "how do I change X" questions is there, organized the same way as the theme editor.

What support covers

  • Questions about Lykia's settings, sections and features — anything described in the documentation.
  • Bugs in the theme: something in unmodified Lykia code that shows wrongly, links wrongly, or doesn't behave as its setting says. Confirmed theme bugs are fixed in a theme update.
  • Help understanding what the theme needs from your store (menus, collections, metafields) for a section to work.

What support does not cover

  • Custom code: changes you or a developer have made to the theme's code, and anything you place in the Custom Liquid section or block.
  • Third-party apps — including configuring review apps, recommendation apps, or anything an app shows inside the theme.
  • Third-party services (payment providers, shipping services, marketing tools).
  • Your Shopify admin and checkout — these belong to Shopify, and Shopify's own support is the right place for them.
  • General store setup, design work, or content writing.

If your request sits outside this scope, we'll say so and, where we can, point you in the right direction.

What to include in a request

Four things let us reproduce a problem and answer in one round instead of three:

  1. 01Your store URL — the address of the store where the problem happens.
  2. 02Your theme version — shown under the theme's name in Online Store → Themes.
  3. 03What you expected — the setting or section you were using, and what you wanted it to do.
  4. 04What happened — what you saw instead. The page where it happens, and a screenshot if you can take one, both help.

If you've modified the theme's code or installed apps that affect the page, mention it — it's usually the first thing we'd otherwise ask.

Send a request

Use the form on this page. It goes straight to the team that builds Lykia, and an automatic confirmation is emailed to you as soon as you send it.

The confirmation and our reply go to this address.
For example, https://storename.myshopify.com
Shown under the theme's name in Online Store → Themes.
A few words about the problem. This becomes the subject line of the email we receive.
The setting or section you were using, and what you wanted it to do.
What you saw instead, and the page where it happens.
An image that shows the problem: PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 10 MB.
If you've modified the theme's code or installed apps that affect the page, mention it here.
All fields required unless marked optional

Your request is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service, which keeps a copy of the text for 30 days (attached screenshots are delivered with your request but not kept).
